Enrollment:
By enrolling in our online school, students agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Privacy:
By enrolling in our online school, students and their legal guardians consent to the collection and use of personal information for educational purposes. The school is committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of all student data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Attendance:
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions punctually. Any absences must be communicated to the school administration in advance. Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection during online sessions. The school is not liable for any disruptions caused by internet connectivity issues on the student's end.
Behavior:
Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow students is mandatory. Any disruptive or disrespectful conduct may result in expulsion from the program.
Payment:
Tuition fees are to be paid in full prior to the start of each course or session, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payment can be made securely through our online payment portal using accepted credit/debit cards or other specified methods. Alternatively, payment can be arranged by check sent to the email address provided by the school. Any payment-related queries should be directed to the school's finance department.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation by Student:
Cancellations made more than 2 days before the start of the course/session will receive a full refund, minus any administrative fees. Cancellations made within 1 day or same day of the start date may be subject to partial or no refund, at the discretion of the school. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the course/session has commenced.
Cancellation by School:
In the event that the school cancels a course/session due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course/session.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the cancellation request, using the original or optional method of payment.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made in extenuating circumstances, subject to review and approval by the school administration.
